Terms & Conditions

• The Vendor reserves the right to review any offer recieved prior to the expiry of an advertised closing date (If Applicable).
• The Vendor reserves the right to negotiate with any prospective purchaser on or before the expiry of an advertised closing date.
• The Vendor reserves the right to revise or modify any advertised closing date (If Applicable).
• Registered Buyers will be advised of any change to an advertised closing date (If Applicable).

• All Offers must be submitted in writing together with a mimimum of $2000 towards the deposit.
• A Balance of up to 10% of the Final Agreed Purchase Price is to be paid prior to the exchange of contracts.
